Don’t re-use the plastic water bottle that you buy the water in!!

Plastic can be very toxic, and water is sold in recycle #1 plastic that is not designed for re-use. The plastic can shed into the water, especially if you left it in the hot car or in the sun on the beach!

Recycle plastic No. 2, 4 and 5 have not been proven to be toxic. Nor  have they been proven to be safe.

Recycle plastic No. 7 has been linked to breast cancer as well as other cancers. It sheds xeno-oestrogens into your water that are carcinogenic.

So use a metal bottle and look after your health as you re-hydate!
