Mahamuda learns new techniques from Salma in the production room at the Society for Underprivileged Familes
About

Infinity Cottage was founded to provide quality equestrian and casual clothing to you, the horse rider and enthusiast.

Hi, my name is Jill and I design and produce the shirts at Infinity Cottage.

I have been involved in the horse industry for most of my life, as I started riding horses as a child in the Eastern highlands of Zimbabwe, where we used to gallop across the hills surprising antelope and baboons along the way.

I took my 4 children through pony club in Australia, and they rode competitively for many years. In fact I designed the first riding shirts for Billie and Pip for their showjumping. I rode stock horses on the farm for many years and explored the Victorian Alps on horseback too.

I have studied design and clothing production, and I understand fabrics and techneiques. I know how to produce good quality shirts that will last for years. And I appreciate a Fair Trade environment.

So I am very qualified to make riding shirts for you! I know the best fabrics to use that will keep you cool on the hottest day, or warm when its cold and wet. I have been making and designing clothes since I was 12 years old, and I can style the smartest shirts for you, in the knowledge that you will look your best in competition or in casual riding or spectating.

Because they are  best riding shirts and the biggest range of shirts that you will find for all kinds of horse riding from dressage to jumping, or polo to campdrafting!

Many of the Infinity Cottage shirts are now made in Bangladesh by the Society for Underprivileged Families. As an Australian Volunteer in Dhaka in 2003/2004, Jill set up a tailoring production unit for Society for Underprivileged Families (SUF), and as they were looking for a market in Australia she taught them to make the riding shirts. The shirts are beautifully made from quality cotton and silk fabrics and hand embroidered by the women who work at SUF.

The profits help support child rights in Bangladesh. SUF gives free school to working children and vocational training after they finish school. They learn tailoring, electronics and computers, to give them a better chance to find meaningful employment and break the cycle of poverty.
